Top 5 Best NASCAR Truck Series drivers with 2 career wins By Brian Cotnoir Let’s Talks about the Trucks!    It’s amazing how many different winners the Truck Series has had in its short existence!   Some of these drivers have even one more than once; let’s talk about the 5 Best Truck Series drivers with 2 career wins 5.)   Erik Darnell Erik Darnell’s career in NASCAR was a flash of lightning.   It started out very promising, but then was over just as soon as it started.   Darnell was a part of the famous “ Roush Racing: Driver X ” series on the Discovery Channel.   Darnell was on the show competing against other future NASCAR drivers such as Regan Smith, Justin Allgaier, David Ragan, and Danny O’ Quinn.   Darnell wound up winning more races than the shows winner, Todd Kluever!   In the 2006 Truck Season, Darnell made his Truck Series Debut with the Roush Team in the #99 truck, where he won Rookie of the Year.  ...

5 Under Appreciated NASCAR Races By Brian Cotnoir In its seventy plus year history NASCAR has had some exciting and Historic Races.   From Brad Keselowski’s first win at Talladega, to Jamie McMurray’s first win at Charlotte in his 2 nd Start, and Ricky Craven beating Kurt Busch at Darlington by 0.002 of a second!   Pretty much every Daytona 500 has at least one memorable moment, but then there are some races that were very significant that for some reason or another have been forgotten, and I’m here to bring to attention the importance and significance of these races.   *The Races have been ranked in order of when they occurred* 1.)   The 1987 Miller High Life 500 In recent years NASCAR has begun to recognize the significance of this race, but still I think this race needs to be talked about more.   NASCAR driver Tim Richmond missed the first half of the 1987 due to an illness he claimed to be “double-pneumonia”.   The truth was that ...

Top 5 BEST NASCAR Grand National Drivers with 2 Career wins By Brian Cotnoir I talked about the Cup Series, and now it’s time to talk about the Grand National Series, here are the 5 Best Grand National Series drivers with only 2 career wins.    Just a reminder, no active driver’s will appear on this list, as they still have potential to win more races. 5.)   Trevor Bayne Trevor Bayne early on in his career had backing from Dale Earnhardt Incorporated and Michael Waltrip Racing, and so he was set to be one of NASCAR’s next rising stars, but after 2010, his career mostly faltered.    He shocked the racing world when he won the 2011 Daytona 500 in a part-time ride with the Wood Brothers Bayne ended up missing a good chunk of the Xfinity Series after being diagnosed with an illness that later turned out to be Multiple Sclerosis.   Despite that Bayne would come back and win his first Xfinity race at Texas later that season.   The followi...
